Idea
Festival of High Temperatures in Wroclaw (Poland) is the result of cooperation of young artists: students, graduates and teachers of Academy of Fine Arts in Wroc³aw.
Fascination with fire - its magic and the possibilities it offers - made us reach for the materials such as metal, glass and ceramics.
The effort, trust and education is what we experience during each firing. All that was the impuls for creating "the common space" which gives the opportunity to share our experience with others.
Last year Festival of High Temperatures became international as guests from Europe, Asia and the USA took part in the event.
You are invited for the Festival and we hope we will be able to "infect" you with the passion for working with this kind of matter.
The 5th edition of The International Festival of High Temperatures will take place on 14 May 2011 , in the garden of Academy of Fine Arts in Wroc³aw (Poland) pl. Polski 3/4.
